If we negotiated a credit for a home warranty, you will have to choose a company (page 5, section H). A home warranty will cover your home’s major components for one year. Within that year you can call the warranty company to request repairs and simply pay a service fee.
The title company will send you a form asking for you to make a choice. You do not have to order the plan, just pick a plan. Once you have selected the plan, fill out the form and send it to the title company.
